Using the Kiba Bamboo Charcoal Floss is simple. To refill, you can twist off the lid and thread the floss through the hole in the metal lid. Replace the lid and use the metal cutter to hold the floss in place. When ready to floss, unravel about 12-18 inches of floss, cut it off with the lid cutter, and wrap it tightly around your fingers. Gently glide the floss in between your teeth and along the sides of each tooth, using an up-and-down motion. As the floss reaches the gums, curve it using a C-shaped motion against the tooth and slide it into the space between the gums and teeth. Be sure to use a new, clean section of floss for every tooth.
